Message from Vicki, one of the owners, to you

This home has been part of my heart for a long time. My grandfather built it in 1981 when I was just a teenager. After my grandparents passed, I shared ownership with family until Rick and I eventually bought everyone out. In 2012, Rick took on a major renovation — and when I say major, I mean it. The transformation is incredible. Maybe I’m biased because the two most important men in my life built this home, but I truly hope you love it as much as I do.

Welcome to our Ocean City, Maryland beach home on the bay side. It sleeps 12 comfortably and includes a private boat dock on the canal leading directly to the Assawoman Bay. This is far from your typical beach house — for us, it’s a true retreat with all the comforts of home, fully stocked and thoughtfully designed for families and friends to relax and enjoy.

The home features memory foam and Serta sleeper beds throughout and is perfect for two families with kids. We have two master suites, each with custom dual showers — the best way to unwind after a day on the beach or out on the water. One suite includes a queen bed plus a full-size Serta sleeper; the other features a king bed.

The third floor is a spacious, kid‑friendly haven with two queen beds, a full-size Serta sleeper, an Xbox 360, and plenty of room to spread out. Every bedroom has a flat‑screen TV, and the home includes upgraded WiFi to support all your family’s devices.

Our kitchen is fully stocked and upgraded with modern appliances, including a dual‑drawer dishwasher, both K‑Cup and traditional coffee makers, and a French‑door refrigerator with an ice maker. Two decks overlook the canal and our pier, which can accommodate an 18–20 ft boat. It’s the last canal before the open bay — one of Ocean City’s most breathtaking views. We also offer off‑street parking for up to three cars.

We would truly love to have you stay with us.
We offer full‑week summer rentals from June through August, and year‑round rentals during the off‑season, including weekends, full weeks, and mid‑week stays. A minimum two‑night stay is required. A cleaning fee applies, as we have the home professionally cleaned after each guest to ensure a spotless, welcoming arrival.
